David has been in the private practice of law in Denver since 1975, representing small private and public companies and investment banking firms in corporate and securities matters. Since 1996 he has been a member of Neuman & Drennen, LLC. From 1993 through 1995 he was General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance for Cohig & Associates, Inc. From 1988 to 1993 he was Regional Counsel of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., where he represented the NASD in regulatory hearings and advised the staff on legal matters. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Operations and General Counsel of WorldGroup Companies, Inc., a Nasdaq traded travel company that owned the largest travel agency franchise in the US. From 1980 through 1985 he served in various capacities with Wall Street West, Inc., a regional broker dealer, including Vice President, Corporate Finance and Syndication, and General Counsel. David received his BA from Duke University and his JD from the University of Denver College of Law. |
