Our Institutional Equity team has significant experience in providing exposure for microcap companies to institutional investors. We have introduced our microcap clients to institutions across the country and assisted them in obtaining research coverage of their companies. We have successfully placed private placements of our clients' securities with institutions and maintain an active role in their contact with the institutional investment community. Additionally, we have assisted companies in the development of marketing information, interfacing with the media, presenting their mission and structuring conference calls for news releases and quarterly reports.
