Greg manages Fulton Partners Investments, a division of BCP concentrating on municipal bond offerings. His experience includes 32 years in the securities industry, specializing in tax exempt bond portfolio management and public finance. Greg began his career at E F Hutton, executing strategies relating to institutional bank and insurance company bond portfolios. He served as a Director and Corporate Secretary to a large independent Southern Colorado commercial bank holding company. Greg later served as an expert consultant regarding investigations and verifications concerning specific municipal bond price behaviors relative to other debt markets in changing economic environments. Greg continues to donate many hours serving either as a Chairman, or bondholder committee member, to help successfully restructure several of Colorado’s past defaulted bond issues. This experience led to underwriting, managing, and the private placement of tax-exempt infrastructure bonds for new commercial and residential land developments. He authored and co-developed a fixed-income portfolio management relational database software named Bulls Eye^TM, which is critical in the successful management of his clients’ large tax exempt fixed income portfolios. Greg earned his BSBA degree in Economics from the University of Denver. He was a First Lieutenant in the United States Air Force.
